My good friend Grif Griffis, GrifCreations.com, asked me to photograph her line of jewelry for an upcoming launch of IG and her new website. I had never done product photography and had no interest or expertise. She brought over a box of amazing jewelry, the Tarajan bowls and Totem from Bali, and asked me to experiment and play. It was actually an incredible lesson in using my imagination, lighting, props… just trying anything and everything with no pressure if I didn’t succeed. I was really happy with some of the images that came out of this experiment and so was she… many thanks to my great friend, it inspired me and expanded my imagination and skills!
